Little Read Writers, not Red Riding Hoods.

NAKED CITY RELEASE by Little Read Writers
Friday, February 4th @ Clawhammer & Clothespin: 3611 SE Division St.  6 - 10pm

Clawhammer & Clothespin invites you to celebrate the release of Naked City, a special edition pocket book by Little Read Writers. Join us on Friday, February 4th to peruse the pages of Little Read Writer's 5th pocket-sized anthology and a new interactive video installation.

Toting themselves as "a group of artists who paint with words," Little Read Writers publish essays, stories and images in adorably bound and appropriately called "pocket books." In the group's latest pocket book, entitled Naked City, the men of LRW have created art and writing inspired by Portland's relaxed views on nakedness and the various locations which invite public nudity.  From the neon-lit strip clubs of the East Side to the nude beaches lining the Columbia River and even the occasional bicycle ride across town, in this special issue of the pocket book series clothing-free zones set the stage and wardrobe is only partially required.

First Friday at Clawhammer & Clothespin
3611 SE Division St (@ SE 36th)

Little Read Writers are Bowen Ames, Mark Searcy, Greg Berman, Tristian Bynum, and John Wilmot.
