Art, Schmart.

Hello out there in t.v. land!  It's a lovely sunny mornin' and Neil Young is keeping me company, as per usual.

News item numbah one:  The return of the $5 rack!
Back by popular demand, and since I finally unloaded all the tricks and treats I brought with me to the flea market last weekend.  (psst! Check it out! Bazaar Bizzaro!)

News nurmero dos: Start thinking Halloween kiddos, we've got tons of technicolor polyester dreamcoats for all of your costuming desires... We're stockpiling all of the most ridiculous and most spectacular pieces and they will be finding their way to the shop floor in the next few weeks.
(I'm going to be a triceratops, what are you going to be?)

ART!
This is the las week you'll be able to check out Kyle Bryant's work up on our wall,  His use of altered visual perspective and texture is not to be missed.
(And, his prints are very reasonably priced, if I do say so myself.  I might just snatch one up.)

Some peeks at Kyle's stuff up in the shop- and his blog, kylebryantart.blogspot.com

For October Mastermind Mackenzie Burke will be setting up a multimedia installation in the shop, and we're just trying to stay out of his way.   Here's his genius online, with web design by the also brilliant Natalie Howard.
And mark your calendars! First Friday in October, as always, a righteous party in celebration of brilliant buds and their artwork here at the shop.  Friday, Oct. 8, 7 pm to 10pm, or until whenever the wine runs out.

Over and out.
